For the 'Apéro', you will enjoy the sunset in the mild Mediterranean climate. You also have access to the sea directly from the residence which has two entrances: a side sea, a side park.
Travelers have access to all accommodation except some private closets.
We welcome travelers in person and our concierge service is available to answer your requests.
The district is one of the most famous of Cannes. It has a typical small village character with the Place de l'Etang and bowling (Pétanque), fish restaurants or Provencal dishes. Food markets, bakeries and caterers are within walking distance.
The PALM IMPERIAL bus line n ° 8 passes at the foot of the residence and will take you to the center of Cannes in a short time.
Parking on public road is free.
A key box allows you total independence regardless of the number of travelers!

Cleaning after checking out is included, however it is asked to empty the dishwasher or wash the dishes, tidy up and to take out the garbage before checking out.
Pets can be allowed if they are of an acceptable size. Please tell us when booking.
